Vision Training Founders

A passion for Coaching

It is a special gift to work with kids and to help in their development. TJ Kostecky and Len Bilous have had the good fortune to do so, making the last 35+ years a journey of teaching and developing players and coaches. Their innovative program, Vision Training Soccer, is a step-by-step program that teaches players how to see the field while empowering them to make the best decisions.

It has been incredibly rewarding to see so many players and coaches become successful after learning the Vision Training Soccer Program.

The unblemished mark of 7-0-0 was just the third time in the league's history that the feat had been accomplished.
